Our Business
Advancer has two core business segments:
- Facilities Management Services Division, encompassing the building management and security services
- Employment Services Division
The Group’s building management services, operated under Advancer Global Facility, provides building management services to a diverse customer base, including residential, industrial and commercial properties, hospitals, hospitality and food and beverage industries. Our services include cleaning and stewarding, pest control, landscaping and aquascaping, property valuation/consultation and facility management.
Under Advancer Global Security, we provide security manpower solutions and services to residential, commercial and industrial properties as well as security consultancy services.
We operate employment services under Advancer Global Manpower through our well-recognised brands, Nation. We provide comprehensive employment solutions and services ranging from sourcing and recruitment to training and deployment of migrant workers, including domestic helpers.
Advancer Global is listed on the Catalist Board of the SGX-ST on 11 July 2016 under stock code 43Q

Our Audit Committee will assist our Board in discharging their responsibility to safeguard our assets, maintain adequate accounting records and develop and maintain effective systems of internal control, with the overall objective of ensuring that our management creates and maintains an effective control environment in our Group. Our Audit Committee will provide a channel of communication between our Board, our management and our external auditors on matters relating to audit.
