Dr Lim Chee Chong
Director

Dr Lim joined Advancer Global Limited in 2016 as a Business Development Director, where he is tasked to lead the subsidiaries to formulate the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) business through innovation and creativity. Since 2017, Dr Lim leads AST by restructuring and positioning the company as an unconventional technology firm by incubating technology solutions using a range of Advanced IoT devices with Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities.

Dr Lim Chee Chong graduated from the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore with a Doctoral in Electrical, Electronics Engineering.

Mr Alfee Hui
Director

Mr Alfee Hui joined Advancer Global Limited in 2017 and currently oversees the operations of AST’s smart projects. He has been working in the IT industry for 20 years and possesses more than 10 years of experience in electrical engineering.

Mr Hui co-headed several projects including the SMART Toilet initiative where his knowledge and skills on advanced IoT devices have helped to value-add to the projects and enabled corporate customers to improve on their productivity and costs benefits.

Master Clean aims to provide value-added Housekeeping and Cleaning Services to commercial properties, hostels and resorts, shopping malls, private clubs, educational institutions and private residences.

Mr Ong Eng Tiang
Head of Cleaning and Stewarding and Security Services

Mr Ong has an aggregate of more than 15 years of experience in the Cleaning and Stewarding as well as the Security Services Business. He has been invaluable to the success of the Advancer Group, driving the Facilities Management Business as well as overseeing the daily operations, including marketing strategies and manpower deployment.

Mr Ong graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the United States of America in 1993.

Mr Ong is also an Executive Director of Advancer Global Limited’s Board since 2016.

Mr Tang Eng Siong, Ron
Senior Operations Manager

Mr Ron Tang joined Master Clean in 2006 and is currently the Senior Operations Manager. He is the go-to-person whenever support is required to connect the organisation, customers, and project sites, translating expectations into processes, and driving performance excellence. With almost 30 years of experience in hotel as well as food and beverage industries, he is always ready to lend a helping hand and willing to transfer his knowledge and skills to his team.

The dependable Mr Tang is always on his toes to minimise potential health risks, improve workplace safety and most importantly to ensure full compliance with the various environmental, work and health safety regulations.

Mr Andy Lau
Operations Manager

Mr Andy Lau is the Operations Manager at Master Clean, a position held since 2016. A multi-tasker with great organisation skills, he oversees a large team of cleaning professionals in the Facility Services Division and ensuring efficiency in the execution of projects. He has considerable experience in project bidding and tender exercises, winning contracts with his profound knowledge accumulated over 20 years of working in the housekeeping and cleaning industry.

Mr Lau is a qualified Environmental Control Coordinator (ECC) registered under NEA and is well versed in workplace safety regulations and procedures.

Established in 1992, Nation is an established brand and one of the largest employment agencies in Singapore, providing trained Migrant Domestic Workers (MDW) to over 85,000 households.

Nation is the first maid agency in Singapore to receive ISO 9001 certification and the first to establish a training centre for MDWs within its office. This signifies our commitment towards achieving higher professionalism, productivity and service standards and providing well-trained MDWs for our customers.

Mr Francis Chin
Head of Employment Services

Mr Francis Chin is the Head of Employment Services at Advancer Global Limited and has overall responsible for the operations and management all employment agencies under this business segment.

He co-founded Nation Employment in 1994 and has been playing an important role in driving the employment services business segment to achieve desirable objectives, quality services and profitability. He is assisted by a team of sales managers from the services centres located in the east and west of Singapore.

Mr Chin was conferred the Pingat Bakti Masyarakat (Public Service Medal) for commendable community service in Singapore in 2005.

We offer a host of property management services with over 120 MCST properties currently under our care. Having been established in 1986, our management team have years of experience which will translate to better day to day operations to ensure that your premises are well taken care of. Apart from this, Newman also offers a wide array of property consultation services.

Mr Mark M K Tham

Group Chairman

Mr Mark Tham has been with Newman since 1995 and is a licenced appraiser for lands and buildings. He does valuation work for Housing Development Board (HPB), Jurong Town Council (JTC) as well as local, foreign, multinational companies and banks.

His work also includes feasibility studies for en bloc and collective sales and advises pro-tem owners committees on the feasibility of putting their properties on the market, including co-ordination work to bring the sale to a successful conclusion.

Mr Tham has previous experience in managing HDB and HUDC properties as a Property Manager in a Town Council.

He. graduated from the National University of Singapore and holds a B.Sc. degree in Estate Management (Hons) and a M.Sc. degree in Real Estate.

Ms Sim Kai Li

Ms Sim Kai Li has more than 2 decades of property management experience. She joined Newman in 1997 and was trained in valuations and attained her Appraiser licence in 2000.

In 2002, Ms Sim wrote the quality manual for property management and helped the company attained ISO 9001 certification for property management. Since appointed as the Deputy Managing Director in 2007, she has been instrumental in growing and developing the property management department. She also heads the agency department in Newman Property Services and appointed as the Key Executive Officer in 2011.

Ms Sim holds a B.Sc. degree in Land Management (Honours) from Reading University and a M.Sc. degree in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore.

Mr Wong Kwong Chen

Mr Wong Kwong Chen has more than 40 years of experience in the property industry, having collaborated with a developer and two property consultancy firms. He has experience in managing condominiums, industrial, shopping, and mixed developments. During his career, he oversaw more than S$40 million of additions and alterations/modernisation/upgrading/repair works in the projects he managed, including ACMV, electrical installations, vertical transportation, etc.

Ms Wendi Lim

Ms Wendi Lim is proficient in Property Management, after working with Town Councils managing HDB residential properties before joining private property consultancies. She has experience managing a range of properties such as condominiums, industrial and office buildings. She is thoughtful in dispute management and her meticulous trait was vindicated by her organisation skills.

Mr Joel Chung

Mr Joel Chung has been in real estate management for more than 20 years. He is the key person representing the company in the property management market in China PRC. Mr Chung has strong acumen in negotiation and resolving disputes. Being customer centric, he is determined to ensure that the clients are serve well with quality advice. With the vast experiences from local and regional property industry, he is well-positioned to identify the gap in the operational workflow. His strength is in the management of industrial and commercial properties.

Mr David Khoo

Mr David Khoo has more than 13 years of experience in various roles in the Managing Council, driven by his passion in property management and to serve the community. He joined Newman & Goh in 2016 and has gained the confidence of Managing Councils that he worked with, because of his strong determination to enforce by-laws. Mr Khoo also has the experience in managing major re-painting and re-decoration works, upgrading of lifts, tennis courts and other facilities within the development.

Mr Lee Li Meng

Mr Li Meng has been working in the property management industry for close to 30 years prior joining Newman & Goh. He rose through the ranks over the years and his dedication to his role had been exemplary. Mr Li has in-depth experience in estate management for new and existing projects, drawing on his knowledge and best practices from other residential accounts to serve his clients. His core competencies include experience in new development start-up consultancy, strata-titled advisory, estate financial and policy evaluation.

Ms Serene Goh

Ms Serene Goh has been working in the real estate industry for more than 10 years. She is an excellent communicator who works well with council members as well as residents and is adept at executing and implementing solutions. Ms Lee’s strength lies in assisting MCSTs with defects matters using her expert knowledge in project management relating to repairs and re-decorations, new development start-up and financial analysis. She is also a good team player, dependable and detail oriented.

Since joining Advancer Global Limited in September 2020, we are now able to offer a full suite of integrated facilities management (IFM) solutions and services for our diverse base of customers, including residential and commercial properties, hospitals, and hotels. Mr Tan Kian Hoon
Managing Director

Kian Hoon has more than four decades of experience in the real estate industry. He has worked as a quantity surveyor, project manager, turn-key contractor, developer and real estate consultant in large-scale local and international projects and has also served as President of the Singapore Contractors Association, Deputy Chairman of the Building & Construction Authority (BCA), Chairman of the ASEAN Constructors' Federation, and President of the International Federation of Asian & Western Pacific Contractors Association (IFAWPCA).

Kian Hoon is currently the Honorary Secretary and Fellow of the Association of Property & Facility Managers (APFM), a Member of the Strata Titles Board, and the Chairman of the National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) in Singapore. He is also an active grassroots leader with the Punggol North Citizen's Consultative Committee.

Under his leadership, the SRE Global team is cohesive and dedicated to providing customers a holistic solution for their real estate matters.

Mr Chng Shih Hian
Senior Executive Director

A Licensed Appraiser (Land & Buildings, Singapore), Shih Hian is in charge of the property valuation, consultancy and asset management department. He oversees the firm's research and is responsible for development consultancy.

His team carries out appraisals of all types of properties, commercial, residential, industrial and hotels for banks, owners, developers and corporate clients. They also advise on IPO's, share transfers and tax matters.

Shih Hian is a dynamic leader who spurs his team towards excellence in all their deliveries to clients.

Mr Eugene Tham
Executive Director, Valuation

Eugene has been in the real estate sector for 18 years. He specialises in real estate valuation, appraisal, project development and investment feasibility consultancy. Apart from carrying out investment appraisals for clients in South East Asia, China, Cambodia and Africa, Eugene also advises clients in areas regarding government land acquisition, property taxation, sale and purchase of properties. His extensive experience as a valuer makes him a much sought-after professional. His direct and reliable approach is highly cherished by clients.

Director

Ms Tan Teck Moi joined SRE Global as a Director in 1999, specialising in real estate valuation of lands and buildings, from industrial, residential, commercial, hotels, workers’ dormitory, institutions, schools, leisure, and government-owned properties.

A veteran with 28 years of experience under her belt, Ms Tan has been in involved in various type of valuation for the purpose of financing, share transfer, financial reporting, sale, purchase, fire insurance, stamp duty, estate duty, lease upgrading, government land acquisition and private enbloc sale projects.

Her expertise is well sought after and has conducted overseas valuations in Malaysia, Indonesia, Myanmar, China, and Mongolia.
