Mr Kelvin Tong

Mr. Kelvin Tong is appointed as the Chief Financial Officer on 1st February 2023 and is responsible for finance and accounting functions as well as management and compliance risks for the Group.

He has more than 20 years of financial reporting and regulatory compliance experience, having worked as the Chief Financial Officer for publicly listed Quantum Healthcare Ltd and more than 14 years as the Senior Audit Manager at KPMG.

Mr Tong holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) degree and Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Accounting, both from Monash University. He is currently a Certified Practising Accountant of CPA Australia as well as a Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
