Unless otherwise defined, all terms and references used herein shall bear the same meanings as ascribed to them in the announcement dated 25 October 2016 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition of 100% stake in Premier, Prestige and Green Management.
The Board of Directors (the “Board’) of Advancer Global Limited (the “Company”, and together with its subsidiaries, collectively the “Group”) wishes to announce that pursuant to mutual agreement in writing between the Vendors and Purchaser, the determination of the Further Consideration has been extended to 31 March 2018.
The Company will make further announcement via the SGXNet when the amount is finalised and ensure that Chapter 10 of the Listing Manual Section B: Rules of Catalist of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (“Catalist Rules”) is applied and complied with.
