Mr Desmond Chin, Executive Chairman of Advancer Global Limited, was a guest speaker at the Corporate Connect event organised by SIAS.
Securities Investors Association (Singapore) (SIAS), is an institution of Public Character (IPC), with the largest organized investor group in Asia.
The purpose of the event was to allow more focus on small and mid-cap stocks which are often overlooked as investor gravitate towards large-cap stocks. This gives an opportunity for speakers to explain their business models in their respective businesses which are potentially providing steady returns and dividends.
Alongside speakers from the senior management of various companies, Mr Desmond Chin gave an insighful overview of the nature of business in Advancer Global Limited, which specializes in Integrated Facility Management (IFM). Through IFM, Advancer Global is able to overcome challenges of the current market while providing service standards above the requirement.
While answering some of the questions in the crowd in the Q&A session, Mr Desmond Chin also elaborated on the business prospects and future plans of Advancer Global Limited. Advancer Global had a booth for the event, in which many people from the audience visited after the talk ended. It was a fruitful event attended by over a 100 attendees at the SGX building.
